Standard Pricing

YEAR-ROUND

Daily $84-$110 + tax

Weekly $520-$681 + tax

Pricing will vary based on season and availability. Lodging taxes are an additional 16%.

 

Monthly Pricing

SAVE when you stay for longer! PLUS All utilities are included!

Complimentary Electric, Water, Sewer, Cable, Trash Pickup, & WiFi always come with your Monthly stay.

 

  • APRIL & MAY - Monthly $ 1400 + tax

  • JUNE & JULY- Monthly $1875-2400 + tax

  • AUGUST - DECEMBER

    Monthly $ 1150 + tax

  • JANUARY - MARCH

Holiday Pricing

Hangout Fest, Sand in my Boots Fest, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, & Shrimp Fest

3 Night minimum for Holiday bookings.

There are No refunds of deposits for reservations staying during the Holidays listed. Only a credit transferable once to a future stay within one year, less the cancellation fee.

All guests staying during dates of Hangout & Sand in My Boots Festival may be required to pay additional Wristband fees.

  • Up to 4 guests

We make every effort to accommodate our guests, but we do not guarantee specific site locations, unless a lock fee has been paid in advance

  • Additional guests are $5.00/night per person

  • Tents, pop-ups, truck campers, horse trailers, conversions, and/or van(car) camping is not permitted

  • No refunds for early departure, except in the event of a mandatory evacuation

  • 10% Military Discount applicable on nightly and weekly rates only, not combinable with other discount/promos

Cancellation Policies

All cancellations require a $100 cancellation fee.

If guest cancels 14* days or more before arrival, the remaining deposit amount paid is refunded

If less than 14* days before arrival, the remaining deposit amount paid is transferable once to a future stay within the same calendar year.

*30 days notice required for 30+ night stays

 

  • Deposit totals do not include payments made towards Nonrefundable Booking Fees.

  • No refunds for holidays, only a credit transferable once to a future stay within one year, less the cancel fee.
