  • Up to 4 guests

We make every effort to accommodate our guests, but we do not guarantee specific site locations, unless a lock fee has been paid in advance.

  • Additional guests are $5.00/night per person

  • Tents, pop-ups, truck campers, horse trailers, conversions, and/or van(car) camping is not permitted

  • No refunds for early departures, except in the event of a mandatory evacuation

  • 10% Military Discount applicable on nightly and weekly rates only, not combinable with other discounts/promos

There is a 3 Night minimum for Holiday bookings.

There are No refunds of deposits for reservations staying during the Holidays listed. Only a credit transferable once to a future stay within one year, less the cancellation fee.

All guests staying during dates of Hangout & Sand in My Boots Festival may be required to pay additional Wristband fees. Contact office for more Festival details.

Cancellation Policies

All cancellations require a $100 cancellation fee.

If guest cancels 14* days or more before arrival, the remaining deposit amount paid is refunded

If less than 14* days before arrival, the remaining deposit amount paid is transferable once to a future stay within the same calendar year.

*30 days notice required for 30+ night stays

 

  • Deposit totals do not include payments made towards Nonrefundable Booking Fees.

  • To avoid paying additional Online Booking Fees, please contact our office directly to make a reservation.
