General Policies

POOL HOURS: 9AM-9PM

NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.

QUIET HOURS: 10PM-7AM

Please respect neighbors by limiting noise during this time.

GRILLS:

NO wood burning fires of any kind. Gas Firepits & Grills are permitted, but may not be placed on the picnic tables.

TRASH:

Complimentary trash pick up from 8AM-10AM. Please leave trash at the end of the site. There is a $25 fee for trash left out overnight or on site after departure.

SPEED LIMIT: 7 MPH STRICTLY ENFORCED

Only 2 vehicles allowed per site. Additional vehicles must request a Parking Pass from the office and park in designated overflow areas. Do not park in the road.

NOT PERMITTED ON SITE:

Tents, free-standing canopies, clotheslines, refrigerators or other appliances outside of the RV, excessive clutter, auto repairs, storage trailers, tow dollies, improper dumping of wastewater, fireworks, firearms.  

We cannot accommodate guests boats, jet skis, or other large watercraft. Golf carts are not permitted unless deemed medically necessary.

NO SMOKING is permitted in any buildings or common areas. 

NOTE: You are responsible for the actions of your party, including visitors and children.

  • Guests will be asked to leave for intoxication, rowdy behavior, and using profanity or drugs.

  • Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult after dark.


Holiday Policies

Hangout Fest, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, & Shrimp Fest

3 Night minimum for Holiday bookings.

There are No refunds of deposits for reservations staying during the Holidays listed. Only a credit transferable once to a future stay within one year, less the cancellation fee.

All guests staying during dates of Hangout Festival will be required to pay additional Wristband fees.

 

Pet Rules

Please help us keep Luxury RV Resort “Pet Friendly” by obeying the following guidelines:

  • No more than 2 pets per RV

  • Please immediately pick up after your pet.

  • Required to be on a leash of 6-foot or less when outside owner’s RV

  • Owners must remain outside with pets at all times

  • Pets are not allowed inside the Office, Clubhouse, Pool Area, Laundry Room, or  Bathhouse.

  • If pet is disturbing others or excessively barking you will be asked to control your pet

  • We do not allow aggressive behavior. If your pet becomes aggressive towards guests or other pets, you will be asked to leave

Non-compliance to any of our pet policies will result in you being asked to leave the Resort without a refund.

 

RV Site Policies

CHECK-IN: 2PM   and  CHECK-OUT: 12PM

  • Early check-in/late check-out available for a fee.  No refunds given for early departure, unless required due to mandatory evacuation.

SITE RULES:

  • Site numbers are not guaranteed, unless a Site Lock Fee has been paid, and your Site Number has been confirmed with a reservationist.

  • Sites available will depend on RV size and availability for your selected dates. If no Site is locked, one will be assigned upon arrival.

  • Sub-letting of any RV lot or renting of any RV unit by any Guest is prohibited, unless given prior written consent by the Park.

  • Rates include up to 4 guests. Additional guests require a fee and must register in the office.

RV RESTRICTIONS:

We do not accept tents, pop-up campers, truck campers, horse trailers, conversions, and any recreational vehicles that are more than 15 years old. If you arrive with an RV outside of our guidelines, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation upon arrival.

Some exceptions may be made to the 15 year restriction by emailing us current photos of your RV for management approval.


Rental Unit Policies

CHECK-IN: 3PM   and  CHECK-OUT: 10AM

  • Early check-in/late check-out available for a fee.  No refunds given for early departure, unless required due to mandatory evacuation.

RENTAL UNIT RULES:

  • All rental units must be registered to and occupied by an adult 25 years of age or older. Keys will only be issued to the Registered Guest(s).

  • NOTE — Office is closed on some Holidays. Please make arrangements ahead of time for Holiday or After Hours arrivals. 

  • A Refundable Security Deposit equal to $500.00 is due at the time of Registration. 

ADDITIONAL CABIN TERMS AND CONDITIONS WILL BE REVIEWED UPON CHECK-IN. 


Cancellation Policies

All cancellations require a $100 cancellation fee.

If guest cancels 14 days or more before arrival, the remaining deposit amount is refunded. (30 days notice for 30+ night stays)

If less than 14 days before arrival, the remaining deposit amount is transferable once to a future stay within one year of cancel date.
