Rules & Policies


General Policies


  • Campers are responsible for the actions and safety of their children and guests, including any damage they might cause.

  • Please observe our 10 MPH speed limit.

  • RV Age Policy: We can accommodate recreational vehicles up to 15 years old. Exceptions may be made if you email current pictures of your RV to

  • Office hours: 8:00AM to 5:00PM (Seasonal)

  • Quiet time is from 10:00PM to 8:00AM.

  • Put all trash in plastic bags and dispose of in the dumpsters.

  • Campers are expected to keep their sites clean and tidy.

  • Do not put BBQ grills on the plastic tables. Tables are made of recycles plastic and will melt. Please dispose of charcoal properly. Do not dump on ground.

  • Price includes 4 persons; $5.00 per person for extras (visitors using facilities). Only registered guests and paid visitors are allowed in pool and shower areas. (No refunds.)

  • There is a $10.00 fee for water to wash vehicles and $20.00 fee to wash RVs.

  • Only two vehicles and one RV may be parked in one camping space. No other trailers or storage containers.

  • No boats, jet skis, scooters or golf carts allowed in Resort.

  • All of our buildings are non-smoking areas. Please do not throw cigarette butts on ground.

  • No refunds on early departures

  • No firearms or fireworks allowed in resort.

  • No tents, free-standing canopies or clotheslines allowed.

Alabama Board of Health requires airtight sewer connectors. No grey or black water is to be drained on ground.


Reservations & Cancellation Policies


Failure to notify within the stipulated cancellation period, will forfeit deposit. If booking within the cancellation time period, no refunds will be given.

All cancellations require a $100 cancellation fee. The remaining deposit amount is refundable with a 14 day notice (30 days for long term stays). For cancellations within 14 days, the remaining deposit amount is transferable once to a future reservation within the same calendar year. 


  • Reservations can be made up to 1 year in advance

  • 10% Military Discount applicable on nightly and weekly rates, not combinable with other discounts/promos

  • 3-night minimum for Hangout Fest, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day and Shrimp Fest. 


Pet Policies

Please help us keep Luxury RV Resort “Pet Friendly” by obeying the following guidelines.

  • No more than 2 pets per RV.

  • All pets are required to be on a leash of 6-foot or less when outside of the owner’s RV.

  • We do not permit dog pens and pets may not be tied outside unattended. Owners must remain outside with their pets at all times.

  • Please immediately pick up after your pet.

  • Pets are not allowed inside the Office, Clubhouse, Pool Area, Laundry Room, or  Bathhouse.

  • Cats are allowed but must abide by the 6 ft leash rule as well.

  • If your pet is disturbing others, you will be asked to control your pet. If the disturbance continues, you will be asked to leave without a refund.

  •  We do not allow aggressive behavior. If your pet becomes aggressive towards guests or other pets, you will be asked to leave the Resort.

  • The following dog breeds are not permitted:

    • Akita, Alaskan Malamute, Cane Corsos, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Great Dane,  Mastiff, Pit Bull Terrier, Rottweiler, Siberian Husky, Wolf Hybrid. (Mixed Breeds including any combination of the above are also included.)

  • Non-compliance to any of our pet policies may result in you being asked to leave the Resort.
